Welcome to the latest issue of our newsletter after a short break...
The establishment of a European Tracking Service has taken another hurdle. We are moving from the pilot to the roll-out phase. A small reminder: In November 2022, we successfully completed the ETS pilot project and founded the ETS Association. Our aim is to help all mobile workers in Europe to better understand their pension situation with work stages in several EU countries. To this end, the FindyourPension Portal was created and Belgium became the first country to be connected to the ETS. In 2023, the association needed some time to acquire sufficient EU funding for our mission. After a successful application for an EU grant the rollout phase began in March 2024 and is scheduled for the duration of 5 years.
To kick off our work, this issue contains several articles that deal with the environment and the European policy context of our project. Please do not miss the announcement of our event at the European Retirement Week 2024 at the end of this edition.
